Relationships are key to a being in the social construct. We have relationships with our parents, siblings, friends, peers, and most significantly with our partners. Whether you are in a relationship or looking for a partner, we all have something that we want in ourselves. That&rsquo;s how we appreciate people. Remember, no one is perfect!&nbsp;
All relationships are a part of our mental health and well-being, thus, it is important we become conscious of what we feed our souls. Plenty of individuals are aware or rather have a checklist of what they are looking for in a partner. While not everyone will check-in in all the boxes, we should keep in mind what are the most important characteristics from the checklist, that we want to be present in this person.&nbsp;

Getting to know a person is interesting as it allows you to explore each other and grow a bond. The challenge is to recognize the red flags and the green flags. When involved with another person, we have a human tendency to minimize the bad and maximize the good we see in them.
